Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Produce and manage multichannel content, ensuring consistency in tone, language, and brand identity
- Monitor social media and communities, responding to interactions and identifying engagement opportunities
- Support content planning and maintain the editorial calendar
- Support data collection and track performance metrics
- Support the creation of gated content and newsletters
- Support on-site video production
- Gain hands-on experience in how content production works within an agency
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Communications and Multimedia, Advertising, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
- Strong command of Portuguese language and grammar
- Basic knowledge of Copywriting and Storytelling
- Familiarity with generative AI tools applied to content creation
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Basic graphic design knowledge to help guide creative assets
