Job Description

Global sales support manager leading order bookings and consumables quoting for Beckman Coulter’s life sciences business. Driving compliant execution, TAT adherence, and revenue realization across global teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and scale a global sales order bookings team that directly enables revenue realization and customer satisfaction
  • Drive operational excellence by ensuring strict adherence to TATs, quality standards, and compliance requirements
  • Partner with global Sales, Finance, Deal Desk, and Support teams to streamline order execution and reduce friction
  • Develop and mentor talent while building a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement
  • Lead the sales order bookings and consumables quoting function across Europe and North America
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant execution of global support sales orders
  • Enable timely revenue recognition and on-time customer quotes in line with defined Turnaround Times
  • Enforce TAT adherence and quality standards at scale, reducing revenue leakage, operational risk, and downstream escalations
  • Report to the Leader of Non-Customer Facing CS as part of Global Customer Care

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Operations, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 8-12 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, Order Management, or Revenue Operations
  • Minimum 3-5 years of people management experience, leading operational or transaction-based teams
  • Proven experience managing sales order booking / order-to-cash execution for global or multi-regional sales teams
  • Hands-on proficiency with CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
  • Demonstrated experience operating against defined TATs, SLAs, and quality metrics in a high-volume environment
  • Experience working with global stakeholders across multiple time zones (Americas, EMEA, APAC)
  • Participation in process improvement or transformation initiatives (e.g., automation, standardization, system migrations) is a plus
  • Experience managing or supporting high-volume transactional operations at scale is a plus
  • Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools used for operational performance tracking is a plus
