Job Description
Graphic Designer creating promotional visuals and banners for Neo Group’s local partner. Adapting concepts, editing photos, and compositing assets across campaign formats.
Responsibilities:
- Create promotional visuals and banners for marketing campaigns across different formats and platforms
- Adapt and resize existing visual concepts while maintaining their original style and quality
- Perform retouching, compositing, and color correction in Adobe Photoshop
- Combine 3D renders, stock assets, and graphic elements into cohesive and engaging promotional designs
- Maintain a consistent visual style and high-quality execution across all promotional materials
- Work closely with stakeholders, graphic designers, and motion designers on daily creative tasks and projects
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Visual Designer, or in a similar role
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, with hands-on experience in retouching, compositing, and color correction
- Confident use of AI-assisted tools for visual content creation and production
- Ability to create clean, polished, and engaging promotional visuals based on briefs and references
- Experience adapting and resizing visuals for different formats, platforms, and campaign requirements
- Ability to work within established brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual style across different creatives
- Previous experience working in a marketing, advertising, or creative agency is nice to have
- Experience working in the gambling, betting, gaming, or a similar fast-paced digital industry is nice to have
