Job Description
Operador de Mercearia contribuindo para o aumento de vendas na Makro. Atendimento ao cliente e manutenção da seção em condições adequadas.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively contribute to increasing sales in the assigned section
- Advise customers with a proactive, sales-focused approach tailored to their business needs
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the section's operational areas
- Monitor and control product quality
- Collaborate with store management and colleagues to execute the store/section strategy
Requirements:
- Minimum education equivalent to completion of secondary school (12th grade)
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety (preferred)
- Experience in similar roles, preferably in the wholesale or retail sector
- Availability for full-time rotating shifts and rotating days off
