Job Description
Group Product Manager scaling accounting, invoicing, payments, and reporting products. Leading strategy, execution, and Product Manager teams for Elite’s law-firm automation SaaS platform.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive product strategy aligned with business objectives and market opportunities
- Balance short-term execution with long-term product vision and sustainable growth
- Analyze market trends, competitive insights, and customer needs to identify innovation opportunities in data-driven legal tech
- Define success metrics with executive leadership and make data-driven prioritization decisions
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of data products from ideation to launch
- Drive operational rigor through roadmaps, OKRs, and decision-making frameworks
- Ensure seamless integration of data products with other product areas and business functions
- Guide backlog prioritization, roadmaps, and execution while empowering Product Managers
- Establish and monitor KPIs for product success, adoption, and revenue impact
- Remove inefficiencies, optimize workflows, and unblock teams
- Align engineering, design, marketing, sales, customer success, and data science stakeholders
- Secure executive buy-in and resources for strategic initiatives
- Drive adoption, customer engagement, and revenue growth with sales and customer success
- Communicate product plans, progress, and results to teams and executives
- Lead, mentor, and grow Product Managers and Business Analysts
- Provide coaching, feedback, and career development opportunities
- Foster a transparent, psychologically safe, data-driven, and innovative team culture
- Use customer research, data, and feedback to shape product direction and improve user experiences
- Lead teams through uncertainty and changing priorities
- Drive continuous process improvement
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 6–8 years of product management experience
- At least 1–2 years leading and mentoring Product Managers
- At least 3+ years managing a product category or portfolio
- Experience with financial controls, compliance tracking, and global reporting requirements for large enterprises
- Proven track record of owning and scaling complex products in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in SaaS, B2B, or enterprise software, particularly in legal tech, fintech, or other highly regulated industries
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen
- Experience driving product vision, strategy, and execution
- Cross-functional leadership across engineering, design, marketing, sales, customer success, and data science
- Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies, customer adoption, and revenue growth
- Customer research, competitive analysis, and data-driven decision-making skills
- Experience leading roadmap planning, OKRs, and KPI-driven product development
- Hands-on experience with data platforms, analytics tools, or AI-powered products
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with legal industry workflows and challenges
- Experience with SaaS product development and lifecycle management
- Ability to travel up to 10–25% as business needs require
- Sedentary: primarily desk/computer work
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
