Job Description
Growth Lead driving initiatives in the APAC region for blockchain network. Collaborating with teams to build partnerships and expand the ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Lead growth initiatives in the APAC region
- Work closely with executives and team members to expand Layer N's ecosystem
- Identify and cultivate strong partnerships
- Construct efficient growth pipelines and funnels
- Conduct market research and monitor industry trends
- Analyze competitor strategies to uncover new growth opportunities
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in growth, business development, sales, finance, or venture capital, preferably in the blockchain or financial technology industry
- Based in either Hong Kong or Singapore
- Strong understanding of blockchain systems, and financial systems
- Experience building and scaling growth teams
- Experience structuring complex high-value partnerships involving multiple stakeholders in an authentic and responsible manner
- Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data from multiple sources
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Native / fluent proficiency in one or more of Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, or other commonly spoken languages across APAC regions
