Job Description

Growth Marketing Coordinator supporting B2B SaaS marketing efforts at RUX Software. Involves demand generation, lead qualification, and partner program coordination in a remote environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of inbound and outbound marketing campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and digital channels.
  • Help build, test, and optimize HubSpot email sequences and workflows.
  • Assist with content coordination including blog posts, social captions, and event materials.
  • Qualify inbound leads and coordinate handoffs to the sales team.
  • Research target accounts and contacts to support outbound prospecting efforts.
  • Maintain lead data hygiene and activity tracking in HubSpot CRM.
  • Help coordinate partner communications, co-marketing materials, and enablement resources.
  • Assist with tracking partner activity and pipeline contribution.
  • Support logistics for partner-facing events and webinars.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Eagerness to learn B2B SaaS marketing, CRM tools, and demand generation fundamentals.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving, startup-paced environment with a small, remote team.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, LinkedIn, or similar tools is a plus but not required.
  • Interest in the industrial technology, ERP software, or Microsoft partner ecosystem is a bonus.
