Job Description

Growth Product Manager at Pixery managing monetization initiatives for a suite of video apps. Collaborating with Design and Marketing to optimize user journeys for subscribers.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with Design and Marketing to build high-converting flows for our product portfolio.
  • Design and execute a rigorous roadmap of A/B tests on key user touchpoints and pricing structures.
  • Actively monitor industry trends and competitor strategies.
  • Perform hands-on technical testing of new initiatives.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (CAC, LTV, ROI).
  • Identify bottlenecks in our growth platforms and work with engineering to implement features that improve speed, reliability, and user trust.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in Product Management, Growth, or CRO, with a proven track record in digital products or consumer tech.
  • You are comfortable working with developers.
  • You have extensive experimentation experience, with a track record of designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests.
  • You have experience translating extensive data into actionable insights using tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Google Analytics.
  • You understand the fundamentals of digital subscriptions, revenue models, and how attribution works in a digital ecosystem.
  • You have a very good command of English and know how to work cross-functionally to prioritize against broader company goals—especially in a fast-paced environment with minimal guidance.
