Job Description

Head of Creative Marketing at Findies, focusing on creative strategies for product growth through paid marketing. Responsible for hiring and developing the creative team and driving creative outputs for Meta and TikTok.

Responsibilities:

  • Own creative strategy across all Findies product angles — triggers, hooks, formats, narratives, visual language — and drive the creative roadmap.
  • Build scalable, documented creative production processes from brief to launch (ideation → production → QA → testing → iteration).
  • Personally drive creative thinking on priority angles.
  • Hire, onboard, and develop junior/mid Creative Producers and Motion Designers.
  • Partner closely with the Marketing team to translate paid performance signals into testable creative hypotheses.
  • Conduct competitor and trend research; distill insights into prioritized creative bets.
  • Own and evolve Findies’ internal AI-powered creative pipeline to compress time-to-creative.
  • Set and enforce clear quality and performance standards for all creatives shipped by Findies.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years as Creative Marketing Lead / Head of Creative / Creative Strategist in subscription or high-velocity B2C apps.
  • Direct ownership of ad performance metrics.
  • Proven track record of creatives scaled to ≥5% Meta win rate.
  • Experience hiring, managing, and mentoring creative teams of 2+ people.
  • Hands-on mastery of paid social creative (hooks, pacing, UGC, vertical video, AI-generated formats).
  • Hands-on experience with AI creative tools (Claude, Midjourney, Runway, Pika, CapCut AI).
  • Data-driven approach — you argue in metrics, not in taste.
  • Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
