Job Description
Head of Oracle Services leading global Oracle Support and AMS delivery at Support Revolution. Transforming services, developing distributed teams, and driving customer growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead global Oracle Support and Application Managed Services delivery across multiple customers and complex Oracle environments
- Build trusted senior customer relationships and ensure exceptional service experiences
- Inspire, develop and grow high-performing Oracle teams globally
- Identify and implement improvements to processes, tooling, reporting and ways of working
- Support renewals, upselling, service expansion and new customer opportunities
- Contribute Oracle expertise to bids, RFPs, presentations, workshops and customer discovery sessions
- Shape onboarding, transitions, service models and delivery approaches for new customers
- Manage projects and customer commitments from initiation through successful delivery
- Lead new customer onboarding and transition into structured support and AMS delivery models
- Coordinate global and cross-functional resources to deliver customer outcomes
- Manage escalations, critical incidents and challenging customer situations
- Participate in screening, hiring manager and team interviews
Requirements:
- Strong Oracle EBS experience and solid understanding of Oracle applications and business processes, ideally across Financials, Supply Chain, HR and Payroll
- Extensive experience leading Oracle Support and/or Application Managed Services (AMS) teams
- Proven project management and service delivery experience
- Strong people management and leadership experience, including developing, mentoring and building high-performing Oracle teams
- Proven experience managing enterprise customers and complex service delivery environments
- Experience leading new customer onboarding and transition projects
- Ability to develop and manage project plans, transition plans, resource requirements, timelines, milestones and delivery activities
- Experience managing global or distributed teams and coordinating cross-functional resources
- Strong commercial awareness and experience supporting bids, proposals, RFPs and pre-sales activities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of ITIL and service management principles
- Ability to manage escalations, critical incidents and challenging customer situations calmly and decisively
- Proactive, commercially minded approach to improving customer relationships, expanding services and contributing to business growth
- Applicants must be currently based in the UK with the right to work in the UK without sponsorship
