Job Description
Head of Sales Enablement responsible for sales strategy execution and productivity at Wondr Health. Collaborating across teams to deliver structured onboarding, learning paths, and enablement resources.
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute a world-class enablement strategy that empowers Wondr Health’s sales organization
- Own the enablement roadmap, tools, training, and content that drive productivity
- Build a structured onboarding program for new hires that accelerates time-to-productivity
- Launch ongoing learning paths, certifications, and role-based training for sellers
- Own the enablement tech stack (e.g., LMS, content management, sales readiness platforms)
- Create and curate high-impact sales assets: presentations, case studies, objection handling guides
- Design enablement programs for distribution partners including certification and co-selling playbooks
- Track enablement impact on pipeline velocity, conversion rates, and revenue contribution
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or enablement certifications a plus
- 10+ years in sales enablement, revenue operations, or related roles; healthcare or benefits ecosystem experience preferred
- Proven success building enablement programs for multi-channel sales organizations
- Expertise in sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger, MEDDICC) and enablement platforms
- Strong analytical skills with ability to link enablement initiatives to revenue outcomes
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills; comfortable presenting to executive audiences.
