Job Description
Master Head role expanding ALL IMD 360 software ecosystem in Brazil. Focus on opening new clients and activating local representative networks.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the expansion of ALL IMD 360 across regions and cities
- Acquire new clients (companies of all sizes and sectors)
- Activate and oversee local representative networks
- Sell software licenses and associated solutions (assessments, training programs, leadership and career programs based on the system)
Requirements:
- Active CNPJ (Brazilian company registration/tax ID)
- Honest and high-integrity profile; subject to data verification and registration screening
- Previous experience in commercial management, business development, or B2B relationship management
- Enjoys speaking, building relationships, networking, and closing deals
- Owner mindset with the ambition to grow strongly and build a high income
- Understand there is a nominal membership fee to cover training infrastructure and to demonstrate commitment to the project
