Job Description

Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative assisting members with health account inquiries and consulting on health plans. Requires customer service experience and adherence to HIPAA guidelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Recommend upgrades to health plans based on customer needs
  • Conduct research and do outbound calls regarding healthcare benefit and eligibility questions
  • Assist members with online health account functionality and locating information

Requirements:

  • 6 months or more of customer service experience
  • Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Computer experience
  • High speed internet (> 15 mbps)
  • USB wired headset recommended
