Job Description

Berater:in Hochschulmarketing & Full-Cycle Sales supporting higher education institutions by providing strategic consulting and acquiring new university partners. Focused on education and sales high-level consultancy.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the entire consulting and sales process
  • Develop into a primary point of contact for your universities
  • Actively acquire new customers and build your own sales funnel
  • Independently schedule appointments and conduct Zoom consultation meetings
  • Advise universities on degree programs, target audiences and marketing strategies
  • Present data-driven recommendations in collaboration with our Data team
  • Take responsibility for revenue development within your client portfolio
  • Win new university partners
  • Manage and further develop existing clients
  • Work closely with Data, Content and Product teams

Requirements:

  • Passion for education, consulting and high-quality solutions
  • Enjoy combining advisory work with a clear focus on closing deals
  • Excellent communication skills and a confident presence
  • Very good German skills; good English
  • Self-initiative, structured working style and sense of responsibility
  • Strong commitment and willingness to go the extra mile
  • (Initial experience in sales, consulting or the higher education sector is an advantage but not required.)
