Job Description
Berater:in Hochschulmarketing & Full-Cycle Sales supporting higher education institutions by providing strategic consulting and acquiring new university partners. Focused on education and sales high-level consultancy.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the entire consulting and sales process
- Develop into a primary point of contact for your universities
- Actively acquire new customers and build your own sales funnel
- Independently schedule appointments and conduct Zoom consultation meetings
- Advise universities on degree programs, target audiences and marketing strategies
- Present data-driven recommendations in collaboration with our Data team
- Take responsibility for revenue development within your client portfolio
- Win new university partners
- Manage and further develop existing clients
- Work closely with Data, Content and Product teams
Requirements:
- Passion for education, consulting and high-quality solutions
- Enjoy combining advisory work with a clear focus on closing deals
- Excellent communication skills and a confident presence
- Very good German skills; good English
- Self-initiative, structured working style and sense of responsibility
- Strong commitment and willingness to go the extra mile
- (Initial experience in sales, consulting or the higher education sector is an advantage but not required.)
