Job Description
Business Analyst specializing in HL7 integration standards for healthcare technology solutions. Collaborating on projects to ensure interoperability between healthcare systems and effective project management.
Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to healthcare data exchange and interoperability
- Design and validate HL7 message structures (v2.x, v3, FHIR)
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate mapping of data elements and compliance with HL7 standards
- Lead and manage integration projects from planning through execution
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Informatics, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- 3-5+ years experience as a Business Analyst in healthcare IT
- Proven experience with HL7 standards (v2.x, v3, FHIR)
- Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and interoperability standards
- Hands-on experience with interface testing and troubleshooting
