Job Description
Process Mining Analyst responsible for analyzing business processes with Celonis. This role involves uncovering insights, identifying bottlenecks, and recommending operational improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex business processes using Celonis
- Uncover insights, identify bottlenecks, and drive operational improvements
- Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and process owners
- Deliver actionable recommendations that enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Design, develop, and maintain process mining analyses using Celonis
- Analyze event logs and transactional data to identify process deviations
- Create comprehensive process models and dashboards
- Conduct root cause analysis and develop data-driven recommendations
- Prepare executive-level presentations and reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
- Proven experience with process mining tools (Celonis experience is highly valued)
- Strong understanding of business processes and process optimization methodologies
- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis; experience with Python or R is a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex findings to non-technical audiences.
