Job Description

HR Data Analyst improving workforce analytics and HR processes for ManpowerGroup’s technology-platform client. Building dashboards, auditing HR data, and processing employee changes in Workday and related systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, apply, and maintain People Analytics, process improvement, and process re-engineering activities
  • Execute HR data analytics and process efforts based on the strategy developed by P&P and Intuit
  • Design and operate tools that present data through actionable insights
  • Identify, investigate, correct, augment, and consolidate analytically valuable data
  • Create analytical artifacts, business requirements roadmaps, technical specifications, Wikis, and current/future-state catalogs
  • Support and own change-management activities for HR Data Analytics and Process efforts
  • Create and maintain innovative reporting platforms
  • Convert complex data into visually appealing presentations for audiences at all levels
  • Support HR programs, processes, and procedures for project employees across multiple locations
  • Create process maps and workflow diagrams
  • Partner across platforms and with recruiting managers to provide decision-support data and maintain real-time dashboards
  • Evaluate process trends and organizational effectiveness and recommend optimization
  • Improve data-collection methodologies
  • Audit and govern recruiting data integrity; train recruiting, sourcing, operations staff, and recruiting leadership
  • Process employee changes and terminations in Workday and other systems
  • Enter, verify, update, and audit HR and employment-record data
  • Provide reports, evidence, documentation, and data to Litigation, Employment, Legal, and Compliance functions
  • Prepare reports and complete daily, weekly, and monthly data audits
  • Respond to unemployment filings and analyze service requests
  • Support continuous process improvement by identifying opportunities and developing solutions
  • Monitor email and Slack and respond to inquiries throughout the day
  • Meet daily metrics and submit daily metrics reports

Requirements:

  • Must have at least 3 demonstrable years of advanced Microsoft Suite and Google Suite experience
  • Advanced spreadsheet skills, including formulas, EIBs, pivot tables, charts, and collaboration tools
  • Must have at least 3 demonstrable years of HR systems and operations experience, such as Workday, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or iCIMS
  • Passion for research and data and strong quantitative-analysis capabilities
  • Advanced HR knowledge, including federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Understanding of employment-based processes, Federal regulations, SOX, and Legal compliance
  • Experience with internal and external audit groups
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and quality assurance
  • Strong critical thinking, analysis, problem-solving, attention to detail, responsiveness, follow-through, flexibility, initiative, and tact
  • Strong professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and partner with Legal, HR Technology, and HR Transformation teams
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and resolve complex and sensitive situations
  • Regular and reliable attendance
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future
  • Must be based in Tucson or able to work 8am–5pm Arizona time for the duration of employment
  • Must follow daily Guides and Wikis for compliance and data-entry accuracy
  • Must meet daily metrics and submit metrics reports daily
