Job Description

Senior HubSpot contractor leading one-time implementation of HubSpot across CRM, Marketing, Sales, and Service. Collaborating with stakeholders for scalable and well-governed HubSpot instance.

Responsibilities:

  • Architect HubSpot across all Hubs (CRM, Marketing, Sales, Service, Ops)
  • Design data model, lifecycle stages, pipelines, and core objects
  • Configure workflows, automation, lead routing, and scoring
  • Implement and validate integrations with the client’s existing stack
  • Support data migration, cleanup, and QA
  • Build dashboards and reporting for operational and executive visibility
  • Document system architecture and implementation decisions
  • Deliver clean handoff of a production-ready HubSpot environment

Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading end-to-end HubSpot implementations
  • Strong HubSpot architecture and data modeling expertise
  • Hands-on experience building workflows, automation, routing, and scoring
  • Experience integrating HubSpot with external tools (native and/or middleware)
  • Ability to manage data migration, cleanup, and QA
  • Strong documentation and handoff discipline
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Client-facing delivery or consulting experience
  • Nice to Have: HubSpot certifications, RevOps or GTM operations background, experience with B2B, B2C, or hybrid sales motions, familiarity with automation/integration tools (e.g., Make, Zapier), experience building executive-level reporting and dashboards
