Job Description
Implementation Consultant responsible for end-to-end implementations and supporting system architecture for finance and operations. Join a dynamic team delivering digital transformation to clients globally.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for end-to-end implementations
- Advise on industry best practices tailored to customer needs
- Master the SuiteSuccess methodology
- Document best practices, prepare training materials, and train users
- Ability to learn from previous projects and continuously improve
- Oversee and validate data migration plans, QA testing, and UAT strategy
- Participate in business process discovery, interacting with users, understanding their needs, identifying gaps versus current systems, proposing solutions, and developing both high-level and detailed process flows
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA preferred)
- Experience with NetSuite
- Strong communication skills
- Customer experience–focused mindset
- Leadership skills
- Virtual presentation skills
- Experience with the SuiteSuccess methodology
- Experience as an IT/business consultant
- Multicultural experience working with external logistics partners (3PL)
