Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain driver-based three-statement financial models covering the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow
  • Support the long-range plan, annual budget, and rolling forecast
  • Manage the internally owned long-range planning model, including assumptions, scenarios, sensitivities, and cycle roll-forwards
  • Own monthly forecast and close workstreams by consolidating revenue, opex, headcount, and capex inputs
  • Reconcile inputs to general ledger actuals and produce variance analysis with root-cause explanations
  • Model contract-level economics, including revenue ramps, deployment timing, unit economics, payback, IRR, and debt service coverage

  • Prepare management, board, and lender-facing reporting, including budget-versus-actual bridges and KPI packages
  • Build scenario tooling for deployment slips, contract roll-offs and renewals, pricing sensitivity, and capital deployment alternatives
  • Support ad hoc strategic and transaction analysis, debt and equity financing processes, deal evaluation, and corporate development workstreams
  • Work directly with the Head of FP&A and CFO

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in investment banking, FP&A, corporate development, or a comparable role with direct ownership of three-statement financial models
  • Demonstrated analytical rigor, including decomposing variances to their drivers, quantifying forward impact, and communicating findings clearly to senior leadership
  • Comfort extracting economic terms directly from contracts, order forms, and transaction documents
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel financial modeling, including scenario and sensitivity architecture
  • Ability to run multiple workstreams in a lean, fast-moving team with executive visibility
  • Investment banking experience with exposure to infrastructure, data center, cloud or semiconductor industries is a plus
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure business models, usage/consumption billing, or large-scale CapEx-intensive businesses
  • SQL or comparable data extraction skills
  • NetSuite ERP / NSPB, Salesforce, and Google Workspace proficiency

Benefits:
