Job Description
Information Security Access Specialist securing employee access for GR8_TECH’s B2B iGaming platforms. Automating IAM workflows, RBAC governance, and AI-assisted access operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize end-to-end employee lifecycle access workflows for onboarding, dismissal, and position changes
- Design, standardize, maintain, and govern corporate Access Profiles according to least-privilege principles
- Track operational SLAs and eliminate bottlenecks in the access request pipeline
- Drive access lifecycle automation and minimize manual intervention
- Design and maintain role models, permission sets, and Access Profiles across corporate systems
- Identify and mitigate access anomalies
- Define requirements for automated testing of role models and access controls
- Partner with Talent, IT, and engineering teams to onboard corporate systems into the centralized Access Flow platform
- Use AI agents and LLM-powered automation tools for ticket analysis, triaging, documentation, and repetitive operational tasks
- Process complex and escalated access tickets
- Analyze access-rights data, resolve permission inconsistencies, and address access drift
- Maintain documentation for SOPs, access profile matrices, role definitions, and access governance frameworks
Requirements:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Information Security, IAM, IT Operations, Systems Administration, or L3 Support, with a strong focus on access management
- Experience managing onboarding, dismissal, and change-position workflows, including provisioning, access revocation, and role adjustments
- Experience creating, standardizing, and auditing Access Profiles and RBAC models
- Technical understanding of enterprise identity and access tools such as Okta, CyberArk, Active Directory, PAM, SSO, and federation protocols
- Understanding and practical experience with AI tools or AI agents, including prompt engineering, AI copilots, or agentic workflows
- Understanding of RBAC, ABAC, Principle of Least Privilege, and Zero Trust
- Experience managing high-volume operational requests while maintaining security standards
- Strong analytical skills for navigating and validating complex permission structures
- Ability to explain technical security policies and requirements to non-technical stakeholders
- Fluency in Ukrainian or Russian
- Intermediate+ level of English
