Job Description
Information Systems Security Officer supporting the modernization of enterprise-class software applications. Collaborating with teams on IT security and compliance within the cloud environment.
Responsibilities:
- Write and maintain documents required for Authority to Operate (ATO) during all phases of ATO
- Coordinate with IT security team, engineering team, and client team to document ATO process
- Create Visio diagrams as part of documentation
- Support ATO assessment process
- Monitor, test, and troubleshoot IA problems
- Collect and analyze data from CND tools
- Develop and manage security for multiple IT functional areas across the enterprise
- Lead development and implementation of security policies and procedures
- Brief and present status reports on security matters
Requirements:
- 7+ years of related experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Programming, Computer Engineering or relevant computer-based major
- Strong working experience in AWS Cloud Security (3+ years’ experience)
- Required past ATO experience in AWS environment for large agency (4+ years’ experience)
- Solid understanding of NIST Standards
- Must have prior experience with the ATO process, FedRAMP, CIS, ISO 27001 (4+ years)
- Solid understanding of ICAM, SIEM, Vulnerability management tools
