Job Description
Innovation Director guiding innovation and portfolio management at Thermo Fisher Scientific. Leading strategic initiatives and collaboration across teams in Clinical Research Group.
Responsibilities:
- Own and oversee a portfolio of innovation opportunities
- Lead identification, shaping, prioritization, and progression of opportunities
- Contribute to governance, portfolio reviews, and investment decision-making activities
- Identify patterns, dependencies, risks, and emerging opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Science, Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS) preferred
- 10+ years’ experience leading innovation, transformation, strategy, product discovery
- Strong leadership experience across cross-functional business, digital, data, and technology environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
