Job Description

Designer, Instructional responsible for curriculum design and training development for various formats. Collaborating with SMEs to integrate learning technologies and assess training effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

  • Helps Drive Company Values and Philosophy
  • Conducts needs assessments
  • Designs and develops training programs
  • Facilitates the delivery of training programs
  • Supports the Learning Management System (LMS) and learning technologies
  • Identifies gaps and creates action plans
  • Designs training programs evaluated using the Kirkpatrick Model of Evaluation

Requirements:

  • College graduate in Educational Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related academic discipline
  • Instructional design experience
  • Educational technology experience
  • Distance learning experience
  • College instruction or training development experience
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems
  • Familiarity with Articulate and Captivate
  • Certifications Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) — Desirable
