Job Description

Instructional Designer creating personalized learning paths and materials for corporate education in financial services at Bancorbrás.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training needs assessments (TNA) with business areas, identifying skill gaps and defining learning objectives aligned with the company's strategic goals;
  • Design customized learning paths, e-learning courses, microlearning, support materials and blended programs (in-person and online), using active methodologies, andragogy and human-centered design;
  • Structure complex educational content through storyboarding and storytelling, partnering with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure accuracy, relevance and information flow;
  • Apply Generative AI tools within the workflow to accelerate ideation of scenarios, script writing, assessment development and large-scale personalization, while maintaining pedagogical rigor and human curation;
  • Organize and manage content in the company's learning ecosystem (UOL Edtech / Learning.rocks), ensuring the best user experience, smooth navigation and continuous engagement in development journeys;
  • Develop learning assessment instruments and analyze engagement, retention and training effectiveness indicators (ROI, reaction evaluation and learning analytics), aiming at continuous improvement of educational programs;
  • Lead end-to-end projects using agile (SAM) or traditional (ADDIE) methodologies, ensuring deadlines are met, delivery quality and alignment with visual and cultural identity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy, Languages, Communication, Design, Business Administration, Psychology or related fields;
  • Previous experience as an Instructional Designer in Corporate Education environments, preferably in the financial services, consortium or services sectors;
  • Experience creating customized learning paths and support materials;
  • Experience analyzing training-related indicators;
  • Proficiency with authoring tools (Articulate 360, Rise, Genially) and practical experience using Generative AI in the content creation workflow;
  • Preferred: Postgraduate degree in Instructional Design, Corporate Education, Educational Technologies or Innovation;
  • Experience with the UOL Edtech platform (Learning.rocks / Qulture.rocks), familiar with its LXP/LMS features, gamification and learning analytics.
