Job Description
Insurance agent helping customers find and manage auto, home, and other policies through Jerry.ai’s asset-management app. Handling calls, coverage needs, and policy service requests.
Responsibilities:
- Take great care of customers by identifying coverage gaps, eligible discounts, and renewal increases
- Answer inbound calls from customers shopping for auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies
- Assist policyholders with policy changes
- Develop deep knowledge of Jerry’s insurance product and insurance-company panel
- Match customers with appropriate insurance coverage and providers
- Solve problems that remove barriers between customers and suitable coverage
- Process service requests involving vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents
- Provide product feedback and help improve the product
Requirements:
- Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not required
- Genuinely friendly and positive attitude
- Willingness to work as a team
- Strong work ethic
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Must currently reside in AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA for full-time hourly employment
- A valid P&C license is applicable to the role; Jerry.ai can pay for the license if the candidate does not have one yet
