Job Description
Licensed healthcare insurance agent helping U.S. customers understand, select, and renew health plans for TTEC. Providing remote customer service, sales, and compassionate coverage guidance.
Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals in understanding their coverages and selecting appropriate health-related products, services, and solutions
- Provide full lifecycle customer service and sales through inbound contacts and outbound follow-up
- Respond to customer inquiries with compassion and active listening
- Identify additional customer needs and support product or service upgrades
- Complete health plan sales or renewals and meet expected sales conversions
- Contribute to customer experience and overall team success
- Report to a Team Lead
Requirements:
- Current health insurance license in your state of residence
- High-speed internet with more than 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
- Minimum six months of sales experience
- Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines for patient privacy
- Strong customer service orientation, including empathy, compassion, and listening skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong computer navigation skills and experience
- Ability to work in a 100% remote role
