Job Description
Insurance sales and service associate supporting Jerry.ai’s auto and home insurance customers. Handling calls, policy changes, coverage guidance, and service requests remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Take great care of customers by identifying coverage gaps, applicable discounts, and renewal increases
- Answer inbound calls from customers shopping for auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies
- Assist policyholders with policy changes
- Develop deep knowledge of the insurance product panel and Jerry app
- Problem solve to remove barriers between customers and the right coverage
- Process service requests involving vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents
- Provide feedback to improve the product and customer experience
Requirements:
- Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not required
- Genuinely friendly and positive attitude
- Willingness to work as a team
- Strong work ethic
- Strong problem solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Must currently reside in an eligible location: Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia for this hourly role
- P&C insurance license status is requested; license is not required because Jerry.ai will pay for it if needed
