Job Description

Integrated Marketing Specialist managing social media strategy and in-person events for a B2B SaaS company. Executing organic and paid social media campaigns across various platforms while coordinating events.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute and grow organic and paid social media across multiple brands
  • Own coordination and execution of in-person events and sponsorships
  • Manage day-to-day social publishing, paid social execution based on Product Marketing–defined strategy and budgets
  • Cross-promote products, podcast social promotion, and end-to-end event execution
  • Research, vendor coordination, logistics, pre-event promotion, and post-event reporting

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in marketing, social media, and/or events
  • Hands-on experience managing social media calendars and publishing
  • Experience supporting or coordinating in-person events or sponsorships
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally
  • Familiarity with basic social and event reporting
  • Interest in using AI and automation tools
