Job Description
Integrated Marketing Specialist managing social media strategy and in-person events for a B2B SaaS company. Executing organic and paid social media campaigns across various platforms while coordinating events.
Responsibilities:
- Execute and grow organic and paid social media across multiple brands
- Own coordination and execution of in-person events and sponsorships
- Manage day-to-day social publishing, paid social execution based on Product Marketing–defined strategy and budgets
- Cross-promote products, podcast social promotion, and end-to-end event execution
- Research, vendor coordination, logistics, pre-event promotion, and post-event reporting
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in marketing, social media, and/or events
- Hands-on experience managing social media calendars and publishing
- Experience supporting or coordinating in-person events or sponsorships
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- Comfortable working cross-functionally
- Familiarity with basic social and event reporting
- Interest in using AI and automation tools
