Job Description

Integrated Marketing Strategist overseeing execution of cross-channel marketing strategies. Driving alignment between media, creative and account teams to achieve business and brand objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop holistic marketing plans that cover the full funnel
  • Collaborate with account leadership, channel leads, creative teams and analytics
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) across channels
  • Use data and insights to identify opportunities, optimize media mix and budget allocation
  • Lead scenario modeling or attribution-thinking
  • Manage the governance around integrated campaigns
  • Produce regular client-facing and internal reports/insights
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to clients
  • Stay current with marketing technology and best practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related
  • Typically 5-10 years of experience in integrated marketing, or performance strategy across multiple channels
  • Proven track record of developing and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Strong analytical mindset
  • Experience with media (paid and owned), CRM/email, programmatic, search, content and social
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to think conceptually and strategically
  • Familiarity with modern marketing technology
