Job Description
Integrated Marketing Strategist overseeing execution of cross-channel marketing strategies. Driving alignment between media, creative and account teams to achieve business and brand objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop holistic marketing plans that cover the full funnel
- Collaborate with account leadership, channel leads, creative teams and analytics
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) across channels
- Use data and insights to identify opportunities, optimize media mix and budget allocation
- Lead scenario modeling or attribution-thinking
- Manage the governance around integrated campaigns
- Produce regular client-facing and internal reports/insights
- Serve as a strategic advisor to clients
- Stay current with marketing technology and best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related
- Typically 5-10 years of experience in integrated marketing, or performance strategy across multiple channels
- Proven track record of developing and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical mindset
- Experience with media (paid and owned), CRM/email, programmatic, search, content and social
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to think conceptually and strategically
- Familiarity with modern marketing technology
