Job Description
Internal Systems Engineer responsible for managing and optimizing the Central Reach platform for Highlights Healthcare. Focused on enhancing software effectiveness in ABA services.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth operation, customization, training, and support of the Central Reach platform to maximize its effectiveness in meeting organizational goals.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and roles within the Central Reach platform.
- Customize settings and configurations to align with organizational requirements.
- Ensure data integrity and security protocols are followed.
- Conduct training sessions for staff on effective use of the platform.
- Provide ongoing support to users, troubleshoot issues, and address inquiries.
- Develop and maintain training materials and resources.
- Collaborate with different departments to understand their workflows and optimize processes within Central Reach.
- Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
- Oversee data entry, validation, and quality assurance processes.
- Generate reports and analytics from Central Reach data to support decision-making.
- Stay updated on new features and updates from Central Reach.
- Evaluate potential integrations with other systems to enhance functionality and interoperability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience as a system administrator or similar role, preferably with Central Reach or similar healthcare/therapy management platforms.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for training and supporting users.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful reports.
- Attention to detail and commitment to data integrity and security.
- Excellent time management and high productivity.
- Ability to work with confidential information.
- Advanced knowledge of financial software and tools.
