Job Description

Internship in Inbound Sales with direct customer contact and lead management exposure in a digital care services portal. Gain insights into business development and marketing with remote capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Phone-based advising and qualification of prospects
  • Needs analysis and precise matching/referral to our partners
  • Documentation and maintenance of customer data in our CRM system
  • Contributing to the continuous optimization of our advisory processes
  • Supporting business development projects and marketing activities

Requirements:

  • You are a student or taking a gap year (mandatory internship possible)
  • You have excellent German language skills at native level
  • You are empathetic, strong in communication, and authentic in dealing with people
  • You work in a structured manner and are a fast learner
  • You demonstrate flexibility and take responsibility for your work
