Job Description
Investment Banking Expert contributing financial modeling and analysis expertise to Mercor research projects. Supporting leading AI labs in training and enhancing frontier models.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute investment banking expertise to a research project with a leading foundational model AI lab
- Work on projects focused on training and enhancing AI systems
- Apply expertise in financial modeling, pitch decks, investment/analysis summaries and memos, or company/industry analysis
- Collaborate with leading researchers
- Complete work independently on a flexible schedule
- Provide services without accessing confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience working at top firms in investment banking
- Experience in at least one of: Financial Modeling; Pitch Decks; Investment/Analysis Summaries and Memos; Company/Industry Analysis
- Ability to commit at least 10 hours per week
- Availability for a minimum four-week engagement
- Must be based in the U.S., UK, Canada, Europe, or Australia
- Must not be an H1-B or STEM OPT candidate
- Must work as an independent contractor
