Job Description
IT Allrounder in remote role responsible for Windows server administration and resolving customer technical issues. Collaborating with team and ensuring system security and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Administration and maintenance of our Windows-based servers
- Handling inquiries via email and phone
- Independently resolving customers' technical issues in collaboration with our team
- Testing and applying security updates and new software versions
- Implementing guidelines provided by the support team and management
- Diagnosing hardware faults
- Monitoring the network
Requirements:
- Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist (System Integration), IT Technician, IT Systems Electronics Technician, or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience desirable
- Strong analytical skills
- Solid knowledge of Windows/Windows Server installation, configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance
- Sense of responsibility, attention to detail, flexibility and reliability
- Excellent communication skills and service orientation
- High level of initiative, team orientation and self-motivation
