Job Description

IT-Sales Manager driving new B2B client acquisition for Join GmbH remotely in Germany. Focus on cold acquisition and maintaining a strong sales pipeline with a collaborative team approach.

Responsibilities:

  • Full responsibility for new client acquisition: prospecting via phone, email and LinkedIn through to contract signature.
  • Daily outbound activity: systematic prospecting, appointment setting, qualification and handover to the project team.
  • Pipeline management in the CRM: forecasting, deal tracking and clean handover to delivery.
  • Close collaboration with SDR and marketing teams – leads are supplementary, not sufficient; your focus remains New Business.
  • Continuous market and competitor monitoring and development of new acquisition strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in new client acquisition in B2B sales (ideally: IT/Software/Cloud).
  • Confidence and enjoyment in cold outreach: calling, outreach campaigns, social selling.
  • Results-oriented working style and high self-motivation.
  • Proficient use of CRM systems.
  • Business-fluent German (spoken and written); good English is a plus.
