Job Description
IT-Sales Manager driving new B2B client acquisition for Join GmbH remotely in Germany. Focus on cold acquisition and maintaining a strong sales pipeline with a collaborative team approach.
Responsibilities:
- Full responsibility for new client acquisition: prospecting via phone, email and LinkedIn through to contract signature.
- Daily outbound activity: systematic prospecting, appointment setting, qualification and handover to the project team.
- Pipeline management in the CRM: forecasting, deal tracking and clean handover to delivery.
- Close collaboration with SDR and marketing teams – leads are supplementary, not sufficient; your focus remains New Business.
- Continuous market and competitor monitoring and development of new acquisition strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in new client acquisition in B2B sales (ideally: IT/Software/Cloud).
- Confidence and enjoyment in cold outreach: calling, outreach campaigns, social selling.
- Results-oriented working style and high self-motivation.
- Proficient use of CRM systems.
- Business-fluent German (spoken and written); good English is a plus.
