Job Description
Join our remote team as an Itinerary Designer helping clients plan custom travel experiences. Flexible schedule with supportive team environment and travel discounts.
Responsibilities:
- Help clients plan unforgettable vacations by designing custom itineraries based on their interests, preferences, and budget
- Meet virtually with clients to learn about their ideal getaway, preferences, and budget
- Identify destinations and activities that align with client expectations—from must-see sights to hidden gems
- Create personalized, day-by-day travel plans featuring accommodations, excursions, and local experiences
- Coordinate flights, ground transfers, rental cars, and other travel logistics to ensure smooth transitions
- Work within budget guidelines while delivering high-quality experiences. Leverage deals, packages, and upgrades
Requirements:
- You must be 18+ and reside in one of the countries where we are authorized to work
