Job Description
Junior Data Engineer at iA Financial Group supporting data management team in maintaining cloud data warehouse. Responsibilities include ETL/ELT pipeline development, data quality assurance, and collaboration across teams.
Responsibilities:
- Support Snowflake data warehouse (data ingestion, transformation, and modeling) and assist with performance monitoring
- Build and maintain Qlik dashboards and reports with accurate, up-to-date data for business users
- Develop and monitor ETL/ELT pipelines, troubleshoot data issues and ensure reliable data flow
- Ensure data quality through validation checks and governance processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and support analytics initiatives
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in data engineering, business intelligence or data analysis
- Proficiency in SQL and solid understanding of relational databases and data warehousing concepts
- Recognized for programming skills and experience with data pipeline frameworks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Communication and collaborative mindset, eagerness to learn and adapt
