Job Description
Product Designer Jr role at Vivo building intuitive and efficient digital solutions. Collaborating with teams to enhance user experiences through design and research methodologies.
Responsibilities:
- Create intuitive, useful, and efficient solutions that meet customer needs.
- Use business requirements, usability findings, and market research to develop scenarios, use cases, and high-level requirements.
- Recommend and apply qualitative and quantitative research methods to support immersion in initiatives and projects.
- Create personas, information architecture documents, navigation models, flows, user journeys, scenarios, conceptual sketches, prototypes, and wireframes.
- Develop and cultivate relationships across teams and disciplines to promote collaboration and efficiency.
- Maintain and evolve our entire digital and omnichannel ecosystem.
- Work with empathy toward users, project challenges, and team members.
- Advocate for an excellent customer experience, down to the details.
- Actively participate in design reviews, providing constructive feedback and contributing to the continuous improvement of solutions.
- Ensure design consistency and quality by developing and maintaining design guidelines, components, and patterns.
- Monitor product performance metrics and use insights to guide continuous design improvements.
Requirements:
- Experience in app and web design.
- Portfolio with examples of well-executed projects demonstrating a thorough understanding of design, usability, and interaction principles.
- Experience with design tools such as Figma, Protopie, and/or other prototyping and interaction tools.
- Ability to create and define design systems.
- Knowledge of interface patterns and strong attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of user experience and interaction principles within the constraints of devices and desktop environments.
- Knowledge of Design Thinking and Service Design.
- Knowledge and proficiency in methods such as Business Model Canvas, Personas, Shadowing, Journey Mapping, User Mapping, Service BluePrint, Storyboarding, User Life Cycle Mapping, among others.
- Planning and facilitating workshops and co-creation sessions. Conducting in-depth interviews.
- Understanding of Design OPS, Design System, and StyleGuide.
- Awareness of current design, innovation, and interaction trends.
