Job Description
Product Designer at SoftDesign creating digital solutions connecting user needs with business goals. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product design and user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Motivated to identify and solve problems
- Clear, concise communication with the ability to defend design decisions
- Active listening and consistent reasoning to interact with stakeholders and users
- Sense of responsibility and ownership over design deliverables within the team
- Ability to synthesize and focus to turn data and insights into solutions
- Critical thinking and initiative to evolve products and processes
- Comfortable with change and adopting new working methodologies
- Systemic product thinking, understanding the business impact of design decisions
- Lead and support user research
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and deepen contextual understanding
- Map user journeys and identify opportunities for improvement
- Create flows, wireframes, and prototypes
- Lead and support user testing
- Design interfaces (web and mobile) with a focus on consistency and scalability
- Work on evolving design systems (componentization, guidelines)
- Actively participate in product discussions (discovery and delivery)
- Communicate and present solutions clearly and in a structured manner
- Collaborate with PMs and Engineering to define and prioritize solutions
Requirements:
- Previous experience in digital product design (web and/or mobile)
- Experience working in cross-functional, agile teams
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in fields such as Design, Communication, Product, or related areas
- Fluent English (preferred for collaboration in global contexts)
- Logical reasoning, commitment, organization, teamwork, proactivity, dynamism, flexibility, initiative, responsibility
