Job Description
Junior Project Manager supporting planning and execution of transition projects at SGS. Coordinating activities and maintaining documentation with stakeholders while ensuring minimal disruptions.
Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and execution of business or technology transition projects
- Coordinate transition workstreams across functions
- Maintain detailed project documentation
- Act as a liaison between local teams, shared services, vendors, or global stakeholders
- Support user acceptance testing coordination and issue tracking
- Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies across transition activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations, IT, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in project support, coordination, or junior PM roles
- Exposure to transition or transformation programs is a plus
- Familiarity with project management tools and MS Office suite
- Understanding of shared services, outsourcing, or process migration is desirable
- Familiarity with basics of Project Management and proven track of using them in practice
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Travel expected up to 30%
