Job Description

Junior Project Manager supporting planning and execution of transition projects at SGS. Coordinating activities and maintaining documentation with stakeholders while ensuring minimal disruptions.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and execution of business or technology transition projects
  • Coordinate transition workstreams across functions
  • Maintain detailed project documentation
  • Act as a liaison between local teams, shared services, vendors, or global stakeholders
  • Support user acceptance testing coordination and issue tracking
  • Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies across transition activities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations, IT, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in project support, coordination, or junior PM roles
  • Exposure to transition or transformation programs is a plus
  • Familiarity with project management tools and MS Office suite
  • Understanding of shared services, outsourcing, or process migration is desirable
  • Familiarity with basics of Project Management and proven track of using them in practice
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Travel expected up to 30%
