Job Description
Analista de Suporte Júnior responsible for installation and maintenance of NDD products. Supporting clients with inquiries and technical issues, while being involved in product training.
Responsibilities:
- Installation, configuration and maintenance of NDD products
- Training on NDD products or support tools
- Handling support tickets and troubleshooting
- Monitoring bug fixes in customer environments
Requirements:
- Perform installation, configuration and maintenance of NDD products
- Participate in and/or act as an instructor for trainings on NDD products or support tools for technical analysis
- Respond to tickets to clarify questions, requests, or incidents, identifying and resolving problems
- Consult and publish articles in the knowledge base
- Perform version migrations for customers and partners
