Job Description

Analista de Suporte Júnior responsible for installation and maintenance of NDD products. Supporting clients with inquiries and technical issues, while being involved in product training.

Responsibilities:

  • Installation, configuration and maintenance of NDD products
  • Training on NDD products or support tools
  • Handling support tickets and troubleshooting
  • Monitoring bug fixes in customer environments

Requirements:

  • Perform installation, configuration and maintenance of NDD products
  • Participate in and/or act as an instructor for trainings on NDD products or support tools for technical analysis
  • Respond to tickets to clarify questions, requests, or incidents, identifying and resolving problems
  • Consult and publish articles in the knowledge base
  • Perform version migrations for customers and partners
