Job Description
Leader in knowledge management and learning systems at a technology company. Designing programs and resources to enhance organizational learning and performance.
Responsibilities:
- Design and lead the company's knowledge management and learning systems
- Build scalable onboarding programs, playbooks, SOPs, and learning pathways
- Capture expertise from leaders and subject matter experts before it's lost
- Create knowledge systems that make information easy to find, understand, and apply
- Improve how teams learn, collaborate, and share best practices
- Use AI and modern learning tools to make knowledge creation and access faster and more effective
- Help leaders build a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence
Requirements:
- Designed onboarding, knowledge management, or organizational learning programs
- Built playbooks, SOPs, documentation, or learning resources used across multiple teams
- Worked closely with business leaders to capture and organize institutional knowledge
- Improved employee performance through better learning experiences and knowledge sharing
- Led learning, instructional design, knowledge management, or organizational development initiatives
