Job Description
Integration System Engineer implementing and configuring GHX’s healthcare supply-chain software. Integrating ERP/MMIS systems and supporting customer implementations across the United States.
Responsibilities:
- Implement GHX software application, including all modules, for customers and provide support and analysis of the software and associated integrations
- Apply ERP and MMIS software knowledge to enhance customer understanding of mobile supply chain environments in healthcare organizations
- Coordinate with customer supply chain materials management and OR management staff, project manager, solution architect, and internal development and technical staff
- Conduct on-site business and gap analysis through interviews and observation
- Provide concise and timely reporting, best-practice recommendations, and business-process enhancements
- Translate customer interviews into step-by-step process-flow documents using text and diagrams
- Provide expertise in supply chain and financial accounting functional areas
- Configure GHX applications according to customer ERP/MMIS systems and business-practice preferences
- Integrate GHX applications with customer ERP/MMIS systems
- Prepare functional design documents for software changes and customizations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in mathematics or computer science or related field
- 5 years of related experience
- 5 years of experience implementing and managing Mobile Supply Chain Software System within the healthcare industry
- 5 years of experience utilizing SDLC process, ERP and MMIS data elements and dataflow to design solutions for implementation of supply chain system, system configuration, presentation of solution to client for approval, testing of configured system, and go-live and post go-live tasks
- 5 years of experience utilizing ERP system to integrate supply chain system with client ERP requirements
- 5 years of experience generating Function Design Documents for application changes and enhancements for implementation of Supply Chain System
- 5 years of experience conducting Business Analysis, generate Fit-Gap document, and address gaps early in project
