Job Description
Analista de sistemas desenvolvendo soluções e traduzindo necessidades de negócio para tecnologia na Stefanini. Atuação remota com requisitos, dados, SQL e arquitetura corporativa.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and develop systems solutions.
- Identify business needs.
- Gather and detail requirements.
- Design solutions.
- Coordinate requests with technical teams and business areas.
- Manage requests from end to end.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems.
- Negotiate priorities.
- Communicate clearly with diverse audiences.
Requirements:
- Experience with JIRA, using the tool to manage, track, and organize requests, user stories, tasks, and incidents.
- Knowledge of project management, including tracking schedules, priorities, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, especially Scrum, including participation in ceremonies, sprint planning, refinement sessions, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Knowledge of gathering, analyzing, and documenting functional and non-functional requirements.
- Ability to perform data modeling, create and interpret relational models, and understand database structures.
- Strong SQL knowledge, including queries, joins, filters, aggregations, subqueries, and data analysis.
- Experience creating and maintaining system documentation, functional specifications, business rules, process flows, integrations, and procedures.
- Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, including concepts, applications, and potential uses of AI for automation, data analysis, process optimization, and decision support.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture concepts, including the relationship between business strategy, processes, data, applications, and technology.
- Ability to analyze existing systems, identify impacts, and propose improvements and solutions while considering the organization’s architecture and technology ecosystem.
- Knowledge of systems integration and understanding of APIs, services, and information exchange between applications is a plus.
- Proactive and self-directed, with the ability to manage activities and solve problems.
- Resourceful and hands-on, with the ability to find solutions and handle unexpected situations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating interaction among business, technology, and other stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Logical thinking and analytical ability.
