Job Description
Lead GoLang AWS Developer at Workstate shaping cloud-based applications. Guiding teams in agile practices while enhancing client relations within LATAM region.
Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on tech leadership for cloud-based applications using Go and AWS
- Motivate and galvanize clients while diving deeply into work
- Envision future projects and drive quality results
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders
Requirements:
- 6+ years of professional experience
- Technical leader with teamwide impact
- Experience leading development teams in an agile context
- Experience decomposing and assigning work
- Experience removing blockers and maintaining momentum
- Proficient in GoLang and its frameworks
- Hands-on experience with AWS services (e.g., RKS, MSK, EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway)
- Knowledge of microservices architecture
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with Kafka and/or other messaging frameworks
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases
- Understanding of RESTful API design and development
- Experience in an Agile team environment
- B2 level English competency or higher
