Job Description
Sales Coordinator position focusing on lead management and customer support for a tech company. Responsible for identifying new clients and coordinating with sales teams in a remote setup.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identification of potential new customers
- Initial telephone contact and qualification of prospects
- Appointment scheduling and coordination for the field sales team
- Follow-up after trade shows and sales campaigns
- Maintenance and processing of leads, including quote tracking
- Account management for existing customers in close coordination with the field sales team
- Collaboration with and support for various internal departments as well as our subsidiaries
- Market research and provision of analyses on sales performance and potential markets
Requirements:
- Successfully completed commercial/business vocational training or a comparable qualification
- Initial professional experience in sales and a technical understanding are desirable – motivated career changers are welcome
- Confident use of MS Office
- Very good English language skills; additional languages such as French and/or Dutch are an advantage
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and active listening to accurately identify customer needs and provide persuasive advice
- Structured, careful, and self-reliant working style; strong negotiation skills
