Job Description
UI/UX Designer designing and optimizing websites for Australian and US clients. Partnering remotely with an Australian Creative Director and Philippines-based Web Developer as an independent contractor.
Responsibilities:
- Design custom, high-performing websites from concept to completion
- Provide occasional support for brand collateral
- Own the web design lifecycle across multiple client projects
- Partner with the Australian Creative Director for creative direction
- Collaborate with the Philippines-based Web Developer for seamless implementation
- Maintain consistent, high-quality design, polish, and attention to detail across several client projects
- Shape how websites are designed, shipped, and optimized
Requirements:
- A drive to make every project better than the last
- A strong portfolio of website design work
- Curiosity about emerging design tools, workflows and AI, whether you're already using them or keen to start
- Clear written English for working with an Australian team and clients
- Must be based in the Philippines
- Independent contractor engagement
- Must disclose any existing ongoing roles or client work
- Must reflect this engagement on LinkedIn as “Independent Contractor”
- Expected to align with AU business hours, approximately 9 AM–5 PM, Monday to Friday
