Job Description
Lead Product Designer defining user interface and design language for health technology company. Focused on creating consumer-grade experiences and collaborating across cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Design intuitive, consumer-grade experiences that feel nothing like traditional healthcare.
- Own our core interfaces , from onboarding to lab results, care plans, and dashboards.
- Turn complex medical ideas into effortless, guided interactions that help patients feel supported and in control.
- Build a design language that is calm, intelligent, and personal.
- Build the design system that powers everything we ship: scalable, fast, and uncompromising in craft.
- Define patterns, components, and principles that make great design the default.
- Set a new standard for what health design can feel like.
- Collaborate across teams , working closely with product, engineering, clinical, and growth.
Requirements:
- 4-8+ years of experience in product design or a hybrid design role at a consumer brand.
- Strong portfolio showing polished digital experiences and expertise in web and app design.
- High taste level with strong visual instincts and the ability to deliver best-in-class quality.
- Expertise in Figma and modern AI-enhanced tools for creative generation.
- Ability to translate complex, clinical information into simple, emotionally intuitive visuals.
- Experience in consumer health or wellness is a plus.
