Job Description

Learning Administrator coordinating virtual and instructor-led training for GP Strategies, a global talent transformation provider. Managing course logistics, vendors, learner communications, and client service across EMEA time zones.

Responsibilities:

  • Support annual training and learning schedules across client programs
  • Schedule, publish, and administer learning events and course enrolments
  • Coordinate trainers, guest speakers, venues, hotels, catering providers, print suppliers, and equipment vendors
  • Prepare and issue joining instructions and learner communications
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for facilitators and participants when required
  • Respond to learner, client, and stakeholder inquiries via phone and email
  • Monitor and achieve established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and performance targets
  • Maintain accurate records and administrative documentation
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance service delivery
  • Support internal teams, clients, and vendors across multiple regions and time zones
  • Coordinate logistics for virtual and instructor-led training programs
  • Maintain excellent client and stakeholder relationships
  • Contribute to internal KPIs/SLAs and customer satisfaction targets

Requirements:

  • Proficient written and spoken English
  • Experience in an operations, administration, customer service, or coordination role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional and virtual teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills, resilience, and adaptability
  • Comfortable working across different cultures and time zones
  • Experience within the Learning & Development or Training industry preferred
  • Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications preferred
  • Experience managing training logistics, events, or learning administration activities preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements preferred
  • Ability to work the EMEA time zone, 9AM–5PM CET
