Job Description
Learning Experience Designer at TD Wealth creating innovative learning solutions to improve team capabilities. Engaging stakeholders to align training with business strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Design, development, testing, implementation, and evaluation of training solutions
- Partner with a Learning Strategy Manager to understand business gaps and objectives
- Manage deliverables, stakeholders, resources, timelines
- Communicate updates to people leader
- Collaborate and share knowledge regularly
Requirements:
- 3+ years of previous L&D experience
- Post-secondary degree in Adult Education, Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, or similar
- CTDP designation an asset
- Proficiency in L&D software (e.g. Articulate Storyline/Rise 360, Captivate, Vyond, PowToon, Snagit, Adobe Creative Suite)
